The CEDA team is hard working, committed and knowledgeable in their field; many have worked at CEDA for a long time. The staff are positive and highly motivated, making CEDA the leading organisation it is today.
The day-to-day running of CEDA is overseen by Renata Colley and Diana Cole who job share the role of Director, who, between them, have worked at CEDA for over 30 years.
The management team co-ordinate and run the different services CEDA has to offer. The current management team is made up of;

Sarah Denny- Adult Services Co-ordinator
Craig Bowden- Quality and Education Co-ordinator
Sam Harris- Children Services Co-Ordinator
Heather Brookes- Children Services Co-ordinator
Trish Oliver- Development and Partnership Officer
Derek Landers- Finance Officer
CEDA also employs a team of enablers to work with the adult service users and a team of playworkers to work with the children and young people who attend the various children's clubs.
CEDA is committed to developing the staff and actively supports the whole team to access as many training opportunities as possible.
